A week ago I got the RRoD (Red Ring of Death) and was really bummed because I don't have the money to get it fixed, so I left my 360 alone and tried to play a game on it and it magically works again! Can anyone tell me what happened?

Just because you get the ring doesn't mean your 360 is completely dead it still might work a bit later. Although most of the time it does indeed die. If you have anymore problems post it in the broken 360 thread.

If you haven't opened the case or otherwise violated Microsoft's terms of use, then the RRoD is covered under the new three year warranty. ALL 360's are covered, regardless of when they were bought. Your repair should be free.
