EA did do a Rugby game, last one I saw was 06 but I haven't heard anything about a new one. Peter Moore seems to be set on making more EA Sports titles though (including Cricket) so I won't be surprised if they announce one soon
I've just heard that their will not be another rugby league game out. This is because HES will not let the rights go for anyother company to produce it.
