Does anyone have thoughts on whether this rumor is likely true or not? If Netflix is going to be available thru the 360, the extra space would probably be required and now that HD DVD is out, it seems MS would make more DLC available. I'm getting a 360 this spring, either at the end of May for my bd or after the tax rebate comes. Now though I'm thinking I should wait a little longer after that to see if they come out with a 60 gb hd. I would not play on live that much, probably only racing games but I would end up dl demos and additional content a lot. My original Xbox is still going strong and I was going to use that until I finish all the games I have but I figured instead I'll save that for if/when the 360 breaks. I just don't want to buy one and find out 2 months later that a 60 gb is out.

I think it probably is true. The 60 GB HDD is most likely to be a replacement for the 20 GB that we have now. It makes sense that we will need more storage. I downloaded an HD movie from the Marketplace and I literally had to delete half my hard drive to make it fit - not exactly what you want to do every time you want to see a film.
