Save Carmine VS. Carmine Must Die POLL

Gamespot recently posted an article that we (the FANS) get to decide Carmine's fate by buying t's at the avatar store (all proceed goes to charity)

This is a tuffy! It seems almost normal that he is sopposed to die. I guess if he is a good heroic soldier he can live, but as of now (since I haven't seen how this Carmine is [like a jerk or a cool due]) I say he dies.

Think about it this way:

In South Park Kenny pretty much dies every time, otherwise it is not South Park.

So as much as i want Carmine to be the last Gear standing, he will probably die again.

Live. His family has been through hell, somebody has to come out of it.

Die, definitely! It's gears he has to die! How much does the shirt cost anyways? I have a general rule of not buying add ons or avatar stuff but because this is for childs play I may reconsider. fastr

I hope they don't tell us which wins so when we are playing the game we will have no clue!

Honestly I could care less. I don't see what the big deal is the Carmine brothers didn't even matter to me and the third guy can die as well.

I couldn't agree more. I'd rather it be decided by the player, not by other gamers. Something along the lines of Mass Effect 2 where your decisions shape your outcomes. I just don't like the feeling that other gamers will be deciding the fate of the game I'll be playing. I think this is the first video game experience for me where this kind of thing is happening.

Well, at least Epic Games can keep the vote results a secret. I hope that's what they're planning to do. That way, we dont know if he will live or die. Even though the voting right now is obviously leaning more towards "Carmine Lives," I'll still like to be kept in the dark. So if Carmine dies, we'll obviously know that the majority of the voters voted death to Carmine. Something to that effect, I could at least respect. :)

I was so upset when they killed Carmine in Gears 2. It makes me sad that they kill off the new recruit, underdog guy. He should live.

I love the Carmines, but they have to die. Other whys itll be like GeOW without locusts. If anything, he can live till later in the game, but he needs to die at some point.

Carmine should live. Preferably... there are enough deaths in real life, at least the heros in our games should live. It always makes me sad when a hero whose story has been introduced has been killed.

Anyways... why does he need to die? There is no tradition... there are only 2 games, and while 2 carmines have died, the reasons were not tradition, but scientifically proven (as much as can be done in a fictional game invovling violence that the audience actually wants) The first one died because he was a noob. The second one died later on because he got overwhelmed (If you played on Insane on your first run of the game, and had no co-op partner, you know what I mean...). The third one is probably not going to be that nooby (I think) because he is one of the last survivors now.

He needs to die this time.That way the 4th Gears can be Gears of War 4 Saving Private Carmine. Where the Gears go across the universe searching for the remaining Carmine brother to save him from death, and send him home. There's no reason their mother should suffer the loss of all 4 brothers. :)
