Condemned. It's the only scary game on the 360. F.E.A.R isn't scary at all. The Darkness does have one instance where I almost pissed myself, and even though I knew it was coming, I still pissed myself.
Try Condemned at night... no lights!! I got a kick out of my wife's reaction to this game. She couldn't stand to watch anymore unless I turned on a light. Good times.. She also thought F.E.A.R. was scary, but I didn't think so. I'm sticking to Condemned.
I think Katamari was the scariest game I played. I felt like I was tripping on mushrooms, but at the same time, I knew I wasn't. My mind was going CRAZY! It was like watching Dora the Explorer.
fear and condemned were really good but after you put them down it's not scary. so far i think i'm gonna have to go with Jericho... the music is the best... just the lady scares the crap out of me when she sings. the only bad things about that game is the ending leaves you hanging way too much and there's not enough stuff to hide behind.
