Scariest game?

FEAR was scary. But 0nly the first and last mission, and because you have 3 awesome machine guns, it defeats the scare factor. The last mission had my heart pumping so hard...

Condemned is even more scary, its always dark, bad guys flank you, scream, swing crowbars, and you have to melee back with pipes and stuff.

Its so scary, the whole atmosphere is just outrageously scary.

It never ends, its just a one big scare.

360- Condemned

Fetal Frames series are quite scary.

for 360-half life 2.....i haven't played condemed or fear so thats the only reason even though half life 2 isn't really scary at all i jumped once when some enemy was at a machine gun turret and i had 3 health and then died.

all time-pokemon red....i had this when i was 5 or 6 and i was scared in the ghost tower with all the ghastlys and haunters haha

i highly doubt that......did you see the screens? they look dumb and not scary at all....crazy bums and maniquine men are WAY scary than that crap in condemned 2....

I agree with fatal frame 2 that game was far to creepy, I swear the part in the doll house with the legless little girl crawling towards you, Will freak me out every time i look at a doll now.

Condemned 2 will still have crazy hobos and drugged up guys, the freaks in the screens is your character imagining things (you still fight them).

still even if the guy is imagining things its still stupid....none of the characters are scary....each thing is deformed with blood covered in it.....whats so scary about that ?

Silent Hills are always the scariest to me...Condemned was a little bit freaky every now and then, but still nothin' compared to Silent Hill 4: The Room.....scary **** guys...

IF you think about it is scary, Imagine playing a character who is going slowly in a down ward spiral of insanity, So when you think you killed a monster in blood you really just butchered a little girl who was in the park.

But seriously, the first Halo. Sounds a little pathetic(becauseI don't play any scary games)but listen to this.

Volume all the way up, mini map broken cuz of disc, home alone at night.

My mini map didn't tell me there was an alien hiding around the corner...lightning strikes, the clock loudly states midnight, the alien screams. Enough said.

My scariest game for 360 was Condemned. It made me jump so many times it was crazy. I was playing with a girl that was interested in the story and she asked me to stop playing because the manikin/department store level freaked her out so bad. She ended up having me just tell her the end of the story.

Scariest moment on 360 was in Bioshock near the begining when you are in the morgue and the freaky splicer chick jumps out from behind the casket and comes sprinting at you. It was extra feaky because their where like four people in the room and everyone was kind of paying attention and everyone jumped/screamed. It was freaking hillarious.

LoL that's what I was thinking too.
FEAR was pretty scary at times and the first time I played the original Resident Evil was scary too, I think that was the first time I played a horror game, but by far the scariest game I've played is Aliens vs Predator 2(marines campaign).

i have no idea why i keep putting off playing condemned. i just keep forgetting about it

and im really into horror games too. and i think i liked the demo that came out way back when

o uve got to be kidding me, avp2 scared you?

avp2 is one of my all time favorite shooters and i still think it had the greatest online mp ever, though i never thought the game was scary

That reminded me of the Resident Evil scene with the double mirrored glassed when the crawler jumps through it. I could not put words to describe it. I was around 10ish i believe at the time, I think I may have actually wet my self because of that bastard x.x. I shot that thing so many times just to make sure after what he did to me.

Also Eternal Darkness in the bathtub where you see the person floating in the tub filled with bloody water then it zooms up close and its your character. That was pretty freaky.
