Selling 360 (question about warranty)

Ok im about to sell my 360 and I was wondering that if the warranty can carry over to the person im selling it to? I don't want the 360 to RROD on him and then he has to pay an extra $100 to fix it

i think the new owner should be able to re-register the console on Xbox .com/registrations and repair, and possibly the warranty will then carry over to them?

Yes the warranty will carry over. I've had a used 360 before.
