Nope... don't know if I will... well, it may randomly happen one day, but I can't be bothered with achievements really, lol. I have played Player matches a lot though, but started to play Ranked matches on GoW because it seems exactly the same (it is different in some games, like Call of Duty 3 where you need to create your own server and wait for people etc.).

In the EGM rumor mill, it said that there might be some DC for Gears this month, and if Microsoft agrees, they might make achievements count in player matches.

That wont happend maybe in the Sequel but not now.Impossible mostly because it wouldint be fare the the pepole who got it in Ranked matches and had to go against better pepole Etc.
I've got 5,000 kills in ranked matches since December, and I haven't played a ranked match since. I've only been doing player matches because every time I do a ranked match, people quit. Hopefully they'll allow you to get achievements in player matches. I bet if they do, I'd get the achievement as soon as I download the update.

The whole achivement thing in player match wont happend.Its like haveing 2 ranked matches,And it wouldint be fare to the pepole who have gotten it the hard way ( like me ) so that will never happend.Though i had a ton of quiters in my Ranked matches i still managed to get the kills towards my achivements so it really wasint a problem.I had a ton of quiters because i play 19 Rounds.And honestly with me and my team we barely never lose,Maybe the opposite team would maybe win 3 rounds and thats it.So keep working on it and you should get it in no time:wink:
