settings and connecting help

well im trying to download some demos and I'm not able to. how can I change the settings to get rated m games?

also i'm trying to connect my 360 to my computer. It told me to restart my 360 but its not doing anything to my computer. I'm trying to connect my controller to my pc so I can use it for a game. help?

what family settings do i change though?

can you change that if parents dont care what kind of game it is?

that doesnt always work, if your under the age of 18 i think you have a 'childs' account and thus cannot dl M games, family settings or notchaoscougar1

i didn't it by accident i guess. i sucks. So am i screwed or is there a way to get around it?
