Sharing media, i set it up but...problems playing

Ok so i'm using window smedia player 11, i go to sharing media and select share my xbox 360. After this i go to play on my xbox, i select the playlist I made and none of the songs show up. the only songs that i can get to play are the 3 songs that game with windows media player.

Can someone help enable me to play my playlist?

yeah i can't play mine either and when i can it only lets me play like 3 songs on a albumzeroxin

your xbox cant read that file so it dont show up maby you can go yahoo answears and ask how to convert the files so it work idk

if you got a flash drive puty your music on there then put it in your 360 and boom

windows is streaming it and if you use a flash drive it well put it drictly on the 360 it well read better

no, even if you use a flash drive it still wont "put it directly on the 360" it stays on the flash drive. The only way to put music onto the system is to use a regular burned cd

yes there is, its just, quite frankly, all of the MS solutions suck.

download that, its free, make sure you disable the sharing in WMP11 first tho. and allow TVersity in ANY firewall you are running.

and also....at first it may not look like its going to cause your media to show up but.......GIVE IT TIME, it can take quite a while for TVersity to build the file list!
