Shooters... I am tired of them!

So I was playing CoD4 a few minutes ago and realised that I am bored of shooters. I probably all good shooters on X360 except Bad Company, so I want to know what good games I can look forward to this year wich has no gun related violence in it what so ever. On top of my head:

-Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts

far cry 2 is a shooter but its differnet in a way because theres always new mapos that people makes its insane what u can do with far cry's map editers

I'm with you... they gotta have something more out there than shooting and there is some but none that will keep you playing like the shooters except for Civ. Rev. like someone else said.. These days it is either shooter/sports/or/hack slash/ not a lot of RPG's that are amazing but this is coming from a shooting/action/sports game player.

I thought the only shooters that we had were Ikuruga and Triggerheart.

Some good games that are not first or third person shooters are Dead Rising, Assassins Creed, Braid, Puzzle Quest, Soul Calibur 4, RPGS (Blue Dragon, LO you said you played, Enchanted Arms), if you just want to kill some stuff Samurai Warriors 2, RTS (Battle for Middle Earth 2, Command and Conquer 3, etc), Culdcept Saga, and Marvel Ultimate Alliance.

Some games coming out in the coming months Last Remnant, Fable 2, Prince of Persia, an RPGs I forgot the name of, and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed.

buyguitar hero world tour and be my drummer or something!! anyone around the world can team up and be in a band, with any combo of off and online players EG: my house= bassist/drummer your house=singer weird guy that is most probably a serial granny rapist= vocals.

plus you can make songs yourself, publish them andshare them with your friends!! this game will be the mother, gears to and cod get boring after a few months but these games last much longer, and they don't make you so angry or nerdy :p

That was really unneccesary since I already said to ignore this topic. And besides, I think it is a lot more fun to ask the people of gamespot and hopefully get a decent answer than looking at a boring screen for a whole TWO MINUTES. I guess I am just trying to be social.

I'm sorry, I should have read a whole thread just to satisfy you enough. Either way, if it's people or a "boring screen", it's all the same. I'm just trying to help and I've often find that link very useful in previous times. It also follows the rules of not asking for advice on which game you should get.
