Should i Buy command and conquer 3?

I love Command and conquer games, but i havent really loved Generals and 0 Hour. I was wondering if C&C 3 is like generals and if it is a decent game to buy.

It's less stragegic. Zero Hour is all about stragegy and countering attacks. CnC3 is basically about rushing or just creating loads of tanks. It sounds kind of boring, but really, it gets epic in big battles. 

for the love of god just DONT get #4, that one is crap.
