its only 60$ australian (40$ american i think) but will there be a point in buying it, will all these new console have come out of them, every time i buy a new console i want to get atleast 4 years out of it. so do you think its a good, deal, or just buy a 3 yr warrenty and see how that goes. ebgames sed they wud give me a new one if it broke and let me keep my hdd
Go for it, then if it isn't broken towards the end of year four, send it in anyway. Get a brand new 360 that'll last you another five years... I'd buy a five year warranty at that price.
I purchased the maximum warranty period through MS - and it was 2 years for the same price as your 5! Definitely get the 5 year deal - even if nothing happens, it gives you peace of mind that you'll be playing right upto the next-generation (whenever that may be).
