last time they told me 'your warrenty is out of date and you need to pay £85 to get your 360 repaired', i refused to do this and am without 360 now :(

since this has happened they have been on the UK's Watchdog, anyone have any advise, have they started to accept there is a problem with them yet? or will i still get told i have to pay? i dont want to be on hold forever again to be told the same thing.

Track me and i'll track you back as i am lacking cool friends! My blog has lots of interesting ramblings heh.

what else can you do, man? If you really like playing your 360, then it's the only thing you can do...

See if you can go to a local store and swap it out. Buy a 360 there and then return the old broken one a few days later saying it was broken. If they ask if you want to trade it in say no i don't think i want to get another broken ome or w/e...
