Should I DMZ my Xbox if my NAT is open?

I was wondering if using DMZ on my router for my Xbox's static ip would make any difference in my multiplayer connection if my NAT was already open without any configuring. Thanks.

I do not think it would. In my expirence, one or the other solves connectivity problems, but both together does nothing more.
