i wana know the pros and cons about the wirless headset.....coz i hve heard problems about it is too sensitve and it makes echeos etc............i wana know about it coz if it has many problems thn i would buy the normal headset.....but the wirless is comfortable with no wires but at the same time i am afraid of the problems tht it has.

It plugs into your controller, which is either wired or wireless..

With the wireless headset... how far away from your controller are you actually going to be where you need to talk...? That just doesn't make any sense to me. The wired one has plenty of slack for me, seeing as how my controller is in my hands when I need to talk... I dunno wireless just seems like a waste to me.

thn y do so many ppl say it makes echo noises......it is very sensitve and pics every sound in ur room even the sound of an ant who is wondering off to find the piece of choclate which fell on the ground while u were eating.

i dnt love the wire coz its wire......it makes a mess....it breaks quickly....the wire might cut off....like my old wired headset........

Here is the low down.(PROS)The wireless head set is comfortable.The audio for voice is clearer then the wired one,and has no wires.It does not require batterys,and it comes with it's own charger.(CONS) Microwaves,and some other appliances caninterfear with the signal(causing ppl on the other end of the mic,to hear some constant buzing noise).The battery life only lasts 8 hours,before it needs to be re-charged.The distance for the wireless is not very far before it cuts out.
I have both headsets,and only use the wireless once and a while.If you are just sitting in front of the tv,and want someting wireless,and comfortable,then maybe get one.If you are like me,and bought one, so you could make a snack run to the kitchen without having to bring the controller with you think again.Your best bet is to stick with a wired one IMO.Hope this helps =)

Go with the the regular one. I've tried all the headsets that are out there for 360 and the original is the best. That wireless headset is garbage. Nobody could even hear me when I was using and I was literary yelling into the mic. It's also very uncomfortable. Don't waste your money on the wireless headset, the original 360 headset is the way to go.

but i used to hve a wired headset it broke....now i hve one and it broked.....i want something tht it dosent break....i also used to take care of the headset.....i dunno y it broke.....and the other headset...the noise of other players i cant hear thm well its too low.....so both of them are broke now i am stuck with the micro phone and hear ppl talk from my tv which suckz big time!

The problems have been fixed. Got one at Christmas time and have had no problems. The sound is louder and better, and it's not cheap like the packed in headset. Mine shipped broken. The wireless one is better even if it didn't. But I don't care, get whatever.

See if you can find Plantronic headset for 360. Those are good but kinda hard to find.
