Should I get Battlefield 3 or MW3?

Wait until they come out and actually read some reviews or rent them before purchasing one. That's gonna help you a lot more than asking a bunch of people to give you their speculations on which game is going to be "better." No one can tell you which to get right now.

MW 3 on 360. BF 3 on PC when it goes on sale

The games aren't available until Fall. There's no possible way to give an opinion on which title is better. Check out some gameplay videos for now. Since you're undecided, rent them when they become available.

exactly. Its like saying "should i drink coke or pepsi?" Everyone has opinions , but they dont matter. BF3 and MW3 will both be great games. but at $60, you should rent them first if you're unsure.

Dude, you've played COD before. Everyone knows what were going to get with MW3, so if you like past COD games, you'll like MW3. Simple. As for battlefield 3, who knows. Just wait till theres a demo or a review.

i'm tired of cod... i can't stand it. Until they get rid of noobtubes, over powered bull S. and learn how to fix their broken games, i'm not buying other one unless it's under 20 bucks and im still temped at that price. i payed $22 for blk ops in jan and i think that was still to much for that crap.

my list for this year

bf3 in oct... idk yet for 360 or pc. i'm more into fps on 360 then pc but we see

skyrim in nov for pc.

I'm set for some time with that line up.

Get Battlefield 3 first, then get MW3 afterwards, or the other way round.

Just get both, but if you're more into multiplayer then go with Battlefield 3.

MW3 looks promising with it's improved Spec-Ops mode though, just get both if you can.

You should get whatever game interests you most.....and uae the Game Recommendation Thread

well it depends if you want a game with a new engine, better graphics and more teamplay go with bf3, if you want a game with an old engine with outdated graphics, but refined fast paced gameplay and a dedicated online community that call of duty has had since cod4, then go with mw3.

It really depends on what type of shooter you like. If you want a realistic shooter then go with BF3. If you want a more arcade shooter then go for MW3. Personally i'm getting them both cause I like playing shooters and both games look like they are going to be good.

But if you want to make a more thoughtfull decision, I suggest you wait untill the games are released and see what the critics have to say about them and maybe rent them before buying.

Battlefield 3 for sure, everything about this game is going to be amazing.
I still think battlefield 2 is one of the best shooters out right now and it's old. So I think battlefield 3 will do exactly the same, it will be amazing for a long time, MW3 will be awesome for a year till MW4 comes out...

No matter what ppl say.. U if ur a MP person get both of them .. coz no matter how bad MW3 is gonna be ppl r still going to get it and U will definately find more players on MW3 than BF3

May be PC game play... I don't expect anything less when it comes to xbox. When both teams are matched with great team players this game is at it's best.I have hardly come across that in any COD game sadly.

I guess I will be buying 3 copies lol one for PC and 2 for xbox. One for me an one for my little bro 8).

Rent both for a weekend and see which one you like more :P

Battlefield 3 will be a lot different than CoD. It will be a very fresh experience. But if you favor the CoD game style, then by all means, get MW3. I'm personally getting Battlefield 3 first. I may get MW3 ***IF*** the MP is at least a little different.orb_03_2006

i completly agree! COD ahs a kinda Close quarter combat to it , you know? its very challenging and people are often playing to prove who is more "PRO" than the other one.it pits you against other people quite a lot.BF though , is more realistic the weapon customizations are a bit more "Realistic" as well(im sure no one ever paints his gun red or something or right on it for fun in reality).

it throws you into the middle of the battlefield with HUGE maps and MANY players to shoot at.it also has vehicles(Heli's,boats,tanks,etc).they are completly differebt and they go down completly different ways.they're both FPS but they're nothing like each other.if you want competitivness , go play some COD and have fun or if you want some realistic and big huge firefight in the battlefield , go play some battlefield! personally,im saving up my money to get GeoW3 , MW3 and BF3.These are all my opinion and this is Too:i personally prefer the COD series and i am a fanboy(you can tell that by my name , cant you?!!)
