im thinking of getting COD4 soon, but my most anticipated game of 2008 is coming out in under a month (BF:BC), so is it worth getting COD4 now since it came out like a year ago. If i get it anyone wanna add me on live n play :P
I'm a hardcore Halo fan and even i think that everyone who owns a 360 with a live subscription should own COD4 even w/o live it has an awesome campaign
umm... i'd have to say that call of duty 4 is fun while it lasts, but you will quickly find out that the game has no depth and will likely have a dramatic reduce in numbers for xbox live in the near future .. i say this because the game has very little depth and ultimately becomes a bit repetitive.. like you see, halo 3 will be somethin people will play for years to come, only because it has more variety to it and a lot more depth.. i mean .. call of duty 4 gave it everything it has to offer right off the go, where as halo 3 is simply giving us a taste of whats to come, wait for them to release a map pack of like 10 remakes of old favourites, that in itself will blow gmaes like call of duty out of the water.. bungie looks to the future and wants this game to last, no wonder why so many thought it was so brutal at the start..never lose hope in bungie, they got their techniques down and they knew the xbox was generally short in technology so they are working with what they can, content, and the best to way keep a games value is to have a generally slow release of ideas .. think about it, makes sense to me..
