I'm going to buy a 360 with orange box and oblivion goty edition, but I don't know if the elite is really worth it, I mean, the 360 Pro is $300 currently while the elite is $450, way too more. But what advantages does the Elite has beside the 120 GB hd?

I have a sony bravia full HD, does the Elite supports more resolution with the HDMI 1.2 cable? Thanks in advance for your help.

OR You can wait for the 60 gig in august.... But Yes the Elite Has the 120 GB HD, HDMI full HD (1080p) Its black, and most people believe that it is less prone to failures than the standard 360. Not saying its true just an opinion most people have.

Ok, but the 360 pro supports 1080p as well with the proper wires, so I'm guessing that there is no graphical difference, not even in resolution, or is there?

Actually The cables you speak of are Component They DO NOT support 1080p only 1080i As where HDMI supports 1080p, But honestly Ive played in both and The difference at the level is sooo minute the Human eye most likely cant tell the difference. ( I couldnt) And to be frank with you I find the 360 looks better at 720p Since it is the native Res for the 360.

You will need them after the fall update, if you want to play your games from the hard drive.

It all really depends on how much you plan on using your Xbox really. It comes down to space....which is the main difference between the Pro and the Elite [besides price]. If you want to download music videos, T.V. shows, Games, etc. then you're gonna want a larger harddrive.

But with the recent price drop for the Pro its an even better buy than before because its running for just $300 whereas the Elite is $450....a freakin +$150 price difference!

So idk, if you want to wait for the 60Gb, go for it.
