Depends what you're more interested in. RPG, or FPS. Personally, I'd go with Fallout 3.

fallout 3, you already said yourself that you loved oblivion, and fallout 3 takes on all the good aspects Oblivion was known for.

You cant go wrong either way.

However when push comes to shove, I'd probably say Fallout 3 since its not often you get to experience games like that.

I know and i also know that both games are great BUT i don't understand why pay full price for games that have little replay value when you can buy Halo 3, Gears 1 or 2, CoD4 or 5, and have endless replay value with the online play...i would just wait and pick up both games used for the price 1 game will cost you now

Fallout 3 is just better overall. It has the RPG elements mixed w/ an FPS and you just get more game for ur money.

Fallout 3 an FPS?

Go with Fallout, it's endless. Fable's length might make it shortlived to you.

Eventhough I agree with you in picking Fallout 3, I have to disagree with that statement. While Fable 2s main story was quite short, there was still plenty of things to do outside the story which should last you some good long hours.
