if you've played halo 1, get halo 2. if you haven't get halo 1, then halo 2! they are must buy games for most people.

No, do your homework first! Lol, it sounded like you were asking permisison :P Yea, ofcourse Halo 2 is backwards compatible, there would be now way it WASN'T :p.
