Kind of a rediculous question. Those are three completely different games. Not even surface similarities. What's your favorite genre of game? Based on that, pick the one of the three above that would suit your tastes the best. I'm an rpg fan, so I'd tell you Oblivion. Shooter game fans would point you towards R6V. And of course gay people would say Viva Pinata. (just kidding. thinking about trying that game out myself.)
Oblivion since you don't have XBL. RSV is a lot of fun but its 100 times more fun online. Viva Pinata is a lot of fun as well but doesn't have the ammount of playability that Oblivion has. Go with Oblivion definitely ;)

And I will play Viva Piñata one of these days.
rainbow six vegas, but i know how this will sound but viva pinata isn't a kids game, trust me and play it for about 2 hours and you will see what i mean, and oblivion a great game if you dont have xbox live.
defidently NOT viva pinata, Oblivion, i hated, it was a good long rpg, just tooo long, christ 5 hours of playin to get to a level 3? i just didnt like it, RB6:V is sick though and good campaign, time consuming, yet not 140 hours to beat, so i say RB6:V
They are all fun in vastly different ways. Well, if you're going for single player gametime: Oblivion - 150+ hours, Viva Pinata - 50+ hours, R6V - 12+ hours.
