I am getting it but i didn't have to pay for it (won it on a competition from GameSpot), so even if i don't like it much, i can't complain. I really enjoyed the last one though so i have a feeling ill like it even though i know its a bland action adventure game...

I guess it just really depends. Do you have the money for it and are you willing to spend that money on a game you are this unsure about? To be honest, i would be so tempted to buy this game anyway, even if i hadn't have won it.Â
Umm....If you like swinging around and get pure enjoyment out of it (like me) then yes buy it. If youre looking for a storyline that will hold your attention, look else where
It's similar to the second one in the free roam aspect. You also have to take photos and such. It's not too bad a game at all. I just got it this weekend and am enjoying it.

The reason it's only for "true" Spidey fans is because they are the type of people to turn a blind eye and love it. If it was some other game which had a different character in it then more people (including "true" Spidey fans) would trash it.Â

 if your're a spiderman fan and don't really care if the game sucks or not then buyt it. but i've rented it and it was totally a rental. also i seen spiderman 3 and they said htat the game was really based on the movie. but there were a ton of things missing from the movie in the game. the only thing taht really stands out is the graphic . to me the graphic was great but gamplay wise it's pretty mediocre to me. but hey it's your choice and your money . you get wat you pay for.Â
