Should I listen to the UPS tracking number for xbox 360 repair

Well its been 7 days since i sent it out and its in illinois and i live in New York is it possible to be that slow and xbox website said they still didnt get it please help?

Yeah it takes abou 7-10 business days each way. The first time mine rrod it took 37 days from thet time I called, to the day I recieved a refurbished one. Whats really funny is the refurbished one I got rrod in 3 days after I got it. Wait another 28 days. I'm on #3 right now and the fans in the back have never worked, so it's only a matter of time before I go for #4. Extend your warrenty. It's not a question of if it will break, but when it will break.
