Should I rent or buy The Orange Box?

Good point. If you don't want to rush out and buy the game then I suggest renting it and saving your money for a game your going to be really happy to own.

There is a lot of game in that box, so unless you have a lot of free time you probably wont finish it in a few days rental. Portal is great fun, but it wont take long to finish, unless you try to do all the challenges. TF2 is fun, but you are much better off getting that for PC. 360 online community is tiny compared to COD, matches are usually laggy, and none of the new content that is available on PC has been released for the 360 or PS3 versions.

As a collection of single player games you will not find a better bargain for the amount of time it takes to finish.

Rent it cuz HL2 is HARD and SCARY!!!! For me it is cuz im only 13. i know its for over 18s only. Even though its fun i find myself dying and getting frustrated. And now that ive come to this lvl were u have to fight zombies with chickens for heads i dont wanna play it anymre cuz its so SCARY. all tht blood and gore.

I actually rented mines due to the fact that i only wanted to play portal. I've already played all of the half - life episodes on PC. but it's best to rent in my opininon if you already played the half life series . but if you haven't and want to try the episodes out feel free to buy it. becuase it's all great quality games.
