should i sell my console

So this is my second time getting RROD i call xbox support and they say I have to pay $133 dollars because im not the original owner in my opinion this is bs the first time i got rrod they said its okay and i could get it fixed for free so now i have to resort to selling it.

ps i got it from my brother for free and then i gave him $500 for his B-day

thanks for your help im gonna call xbox support and tell them i should be able to get a repair because here are the reasons

I have used their product in accordance with the manual

haven't had the xbox 360 modded or opened by third parties

haven't used it for commercial use

have proof of purchase

haven't removed the serial number

and the 3 yr warranty applies to all 360 with RROd if it hasn't been modified or opened

If you got the RROD twice with one console, I'd sell it and get a new one.
