Man i got a Ps3 the other day and it kind of feels cheap. The games I have which is motorstrom and RFM are good games but the contoller for the Ps3 is horrible. No rumble and a light stick it makes me feel like im not in the game. After playing the 360 and its controller it feels like i have a gun in my hand lol! Nothing right now beats Gears and feeling the rumble when shooting is priceless. I wanted another system just to have one and now i should have gotten a Wii. Luckly I have a 30 day return policy =)
I love my Wii and all, but i don't play it much. Neither it nor the PS3 are must haves atm, because neither have many games out.

Honestly RFM and Motorstrom are great games they dont feel right without rumble. And the triggers at the bottom of the PS3 stick makes my fingers hurt after a while. Never had that problem B4 after playing Gears for 4hrs straight.
If you think the PS3 controller is light, you won't be impressed by the wii controller's weight. If you want mostly casual games then get the wii, if not then stick with the PS3.

But then again, it won't make any difference whether you get it now or in a few months. Same price 'n all... That's a lame argument. Hardware tends to get cooler / quieter / bug-fixed over time - if your recall the PS2 disc-read issues... you also tend to have the possibility of more colors coming out for the Wii, or Wii Sports being removed from the package and sold as a separate game... The "well you may as well buy it" argument backfires too - why buy something that's going to gather dust? It's money that could be put towards something else. If you really have so much money that you can just spend $850 on a whim for something you might never use, without it at all limiting your purchases in the future, you should probably be investing instead of just blowing cash.
