First of all, the TC has yet to make a second post in this thread, so he can't stop posting seeing as how he already has abandoned the thread. And second of all, telling people to stop posting in a thread doesn't do the same thing as locking it. In that instance, the TC would have to request a lock from a mod. Also, since we're being uppity: you misspelled "infinite" and "endeavor."
