The game is so stupid. I've been playing on hard difficulty and have gotten to this boss battle with no med kits, no health drinks, and only 9 ammo. Its impossible to beat. It seems as though the battle was designed around using med kits and health drinks but I have none. I've just wasted 5 hours playing this and now I'm stuck and its not even worth playing again. Thats not the only problem in the game though theres no auto save feature and you can't save whenever you want you have to find spots to save.
That's why they call it HARD mode. Think you were just going to breeze by? Just because you can't beat it on a certain difficulty level means that it deserves a 0.

Your post is fail on so many levels. The first being the fact it's hard mode... Secondly it's SURVIVIAL HORROR GAME...it's supposed be highly unbalanced in favor of the AI... also, the game isn't that hard to begin with, and you don't need to use ammo at all. I think I fired off 10-20 shots the entire game. Melee is extremely over powered in the game and as such makes it very easy to beat...anything. My advice to you? Learn to play.
I got myself into a situation like that, on Jak 2 the final boss I tried it so many times that now I have no ammo and it's pretty much impossible to beat, I have to melee 100 monsters to get 1 pack of ammo, I have wasted days on that last boss.
