im getting a 360 package that comes with a silver membership. What is it? can go online with it

You can do everything gold does, except play online.

Create your gamer profile.
Create and maintain a friends list.
Access Xbox Live Marketplace including Xbox Live Arcade, demos, and trailers.
Send and receive text and voice messages.

Yeah so pretty much Silver is Lame, Its all about playing Online.

Go for Gold cuz I have Silver and it sucks. BTW, dont worry I will upgrade to Gold.

At the mo I'm on the free trial, but after the experience I'm having I'm definitely gonna get gold. Don't think It would be the same after all the online fun I'm having lol

I only have silver,i have a ps3 for free online play. But the demos and extra content the 360 offers is far superior! Especially for games like crackdown,so much fun!!
