today when i went to play my 360, a single red light began flashing (the bottom right one) and an error message appears on screen. i went to the microsoft tech site and it said to unplg everything and plug it back in. i did that and nothing has changed, im just wondering does microsoft cover this in their warrenty or do i have to pay $200 to have it fixed? i plan on calling the support line tomorrow, but i just wanna know if anyone else has had this problem.

It is probably a connection problem, don't worry. Make sure all the cables are fully plugged in.

I think it means your console is overheated and it needs to cool down.

Take off your hardrive and turn on the 360 and tell em if it works. One red light is a hard drive problem.(overheating is 2 red lights) The message is:

E-67

or

E-68

or

E-69

right?

Your hide drive isnt conencted properly or is damaged. ( i would know because mine was when i first got it. I put alot of stuff on top fo the 360 when i was christmas shopping......)

just take off the hard-drive, and put it back on. Unplug all of the cables (From both ends), then put them back in.
