So the Skate demo will soon be with us, who is looking forward to it (demo/final game/both)? 2:00am WEST COAST (the pacific ocean is my god) 3:00am Central & Mountain (I think) 5:00am Eastern (Yo Jersey) 5:30 Newfoundland - hah crazy Newfies!!! 10:00am Britain (Erin go brae) 11:00am Most of the rest of Europe 7:00pm my Ozzie bruthas!!! Demo will be the community center and the playing time is 30 minutes long with the tutorials in it but it wont take that long to get through the tutorials and it wont count if ur doing skate reel.

Just checked out the Skate site and it shows a tutorial for doing manuals which involves just tilting the stick back only slightly and finding "that sweet spot." How in-depth it is remains to be seen, hopefully you'll be able to do caspers.
Considering Aug 21 is Bioshock day for those of us who live near law-abiding TRUs, I probably won't have time. Thats good they're releasing one though.
Man, this 21st is a bad day to release a demo. Bioshock will get all the spotlight. It's like releasing a game the same day as Halo 3 or GTA IV :Ddanlher
Most stores won't be selling BioShock until the 22nd (Wednesday).

Indeed it did, the original demo date was august 15th or 16th, can't remember the exact date though. It was the 15th but there was a problem with the video.reel so they fixed it and had to wait for M$ to re-approve it. It's not really a bad day to release it, less people downloading means = faster download time :D Bioshock isn't released until the 24th in the UK but I don't have my 360 back yet but hopefully it will be back by tuesday.

well all the stores around me already got theyre shipment last week..they arent allowed to SELL it till tuesday..i asked at my local walmart and they said they were in the back room but they werent allowed to sell it yet

Yeah the day that some TRU's started selling Bioshock early I got excited and called my local store and they said they had the game but weren't aloud to sell it till the 21st. So if you have a TRU near you....you will more than likely have the game the day it releases

Haha, so true. BioShock is great and all, but all the threads that are made every second get really annoying.

The Project 8 demo was limted to 20 minutes and the Dead Rising was timed to 15 minutes and I still played the hell out of both those demos. They wanted to offer a demo but they still want you to buy the final product and you can still edit your videos for as long as you want I believe.
I will check it out. I'm curious to see how this is going to compare to Proving Ground. The more I watch the trailers and interviews the more I want to play it. I'll have to wait to play the demo when my 360 comes back from the repair center.
