Skyirm or Mass Effect 3?

Mass Effect doesn't come out until March 2012, so I won't need to choose between the two.

Both. They aren't coming out at the same time so I have no reason to pick one over the other.

I must have missed that question in the topic title.

If I could only have one it would probably be Mass Effect 3. Only because I prefer a more story driven RPG over the TES style of do whatever you want whenever you want. But I am sure I will end up with both of them. Chances are Skyrim will be the overall better product. I'm just sick of hearing about it. By far the most overhyped game this year. By fans and media.

skyrim i like mass effect but i like the time period of the elderscrolls. future is kinda meh but it's not

Well considering they come out four months apart, get both from a line of great franchises.

Why do people compare these games? They're two completely different experiences. And I will get both and probably play them for at least 60 hours each.

I will get both, BUT if I had to choose that would be ME3. I invested a lot of hours on ME and ME2. I wanto to know how everything ends

Mass Effect 3 will not be available until 12'.... so there really isn't a reason to have to choose one over the other. Maybe I misunderstood the purpose of the thread? I'll be picking up bothshaunchgo

There's no doubt Mass Effect 3 will have the better story. If you think otherwise you're just being silly. What you think you'll like better is certainly an opinion you're entitled to.

Skyrim or Mass Effect 3? Led Zeppelin or The Prodigy? I love both. One game will offer me an an adventure through a re-imagined pseudo dark ages filled with magic and wonderment, while the other will allow me to explore and peruse through a futuristic infinite universe. Gaming never gets better than this. I hope this answers your ? Lol! :)
