Time Warner cable just wrapped up their deal with Dinsey/ESPN and will now have ESPN3 which all 360 users that have Time Warner will now be able to get the ESPN3 experience on their 360. As it stood before, Time Warner customers were not going to have ESPN content on their 360. Glad this happened with all the bashing we have been taking lately. It's small but it's a positive story for people(like me, a Time Warner customer) looking forward to the ESPN3 stuff on the 360.

As a side note with the 3D craze that some like and some call gimmick. It really isn't going away. ESPN 3D was included in the wide-ranging agreement with Time Warner.

I would like to know this as well. I hope we do. Then I wouldn't have to watch ESPN on my 6" spongebob TV that sits next to my gaming TV :D (unless, of course, I'm playing a game at the same time :/)

Honestly? I have no idea what it does for you. Nothing? lol

For Time Warner and XBLG customers it means they won't have to pay $10 extra a year to NOT get ESPN3 on the 360. Welcomed news for me seeing as I reduced my cable bill from $130 a month to $40 a month(internet included) due to having 200 channels and actually watching about 10. Now I get 2-18 for like $8 a month. Was a big waste of $90 a month really.

First off since Adds are shoved down our throat all thru the dashboard (at an increasing rate) their really shouldn't be an increase what so ever to Live subscribers. Nothing short of M$ maintained dedicated servers (for every MP game) or a top notch Web browser or something useful would be worth this 20%ish increase. Twitter, Facebook, Last FM, Netflicks, ESPN, etc. Doesn't improve the gaming experience. Their there for casuals whom really aren't gamers. M$ is trying to pull them in to spending more time on the Box hoping to peak their intrest. For the rest of us its another reason to pass up the Live experience and start thinking about PC gaming or the other console. Live delivers nothing I can't get for free somewhere else... Seriously.

Yea it's totally lame that non sports fans get hit with a price increase for either something they don't care about or something they can't even access because of what country they live in or cable company they have. I was personally happy to hear it so I shared the story lol

I still don't get this. I was on my 360 last nigh for a bit and I remember seeing one ad and it had a contest attatched to it. Seriously, better get a PS3 quick then because they won't have free online forever. Slowly but surely it's the way things are headed everywhere.

As did I when it was first announced. After reading the fine print I saw it depends on your cable carrier/ISP.

Is that like "official," or is that just your idea? I'd assume so too though, because they're a major cable company, and they're usually pretty good about getting new services/programs to their customers.

Yeap! From what it says, anyone that has cable/internet through a company on that list will get ESPN3 on the 360.

Yes exactly. If your ISP is not on the magic list, you cannot even access ESPN3 on your PC. Look at it this way. ESPN 360 is ESPN3, accessed on your 360. So if your ISP does not allow access to ESPN3, then of course you won't be able to access it on your 360. If you can access ESPN3, then obviously you will be able to access it on your 360.
