Yea, I'm really excited for it. I love ultra-realistic sniping as in bullet drop compensation, distance delay, and wind. Hopefully this game will live up to the realism that it's promising.
I just picked it up today and its pretty solid. There are a few things I'd like to see changed like the fact you cant go prone online, you can only hold your breathe for like half a second and how you continuously play the same map, but I'ts fun and challenging. I haven't played sinlge player I just went straight to online when I got home lol but its fun. You never get blown up by jackassz with rpgs :]

How technical does it get? Is there a mil dot mechanic in it? Or some other mechanic that requires you to dial in values to adjust your scope? Or is it all simplistic eyeballing your target?
I picked it up yesterday used at my local GameStop for $30 and it was a solid purchase. The controls are CoD style for those of you worried about bad controls. I haven't played it too much but I like it. Here is a review on Amazon.
I talked to a guy that played it already. He said it's pretty OK, but that in the middle the enemy AI jumps up in an unreastic way such that they can see you through trees and you cant shoot through foliage all of the sudden. And he said the stealth elements are wonky. But he said it's a solid buy... when the price comes down.

I found the AI to be a bit too alert..it's frustrating as all hell...it's fun when you're the ghost warrior..which is rare..more often then not it feels as if the enemies are in fact..the ghosts...
Yeah, I bought it. Thanks for the input guys. I found the AI to be extraordinarily annoying, and the lack of maps also annoying. Everything else is pretty good.
