SO, Bungie = 3 unannounced games. PREDICTIONS/HOPES!!!

Bouncing back from bungie's disappointing no-show at E3, bungie hinted at 3 unannounced games in development at Bungie studios.

One of the games is rumored as a ODST third-person shooter

Does this sound likely? What are your predictions / hopes for the games

I think you were talking to andrn and not me, but i'm actually really optimistic that at least 2 of the three games are Halo 3 sized. If so, one will most likely come out 2009, halo related, and the other 2010, entirely new game. ( whoa 2010 talk)

I personally hope the 3rd person shooter rumor is right. It would be nice to see Bungie do something entirely different, I can see them easily creating an entirely new world, new characters, new gameplay. The Bungie folk have always been fairly innovative.

Haha, stupid idea, what if they remade all 3 games as a 3rd person aquad based shooter from the Covenant's point of view. Commanding grunts, fighting as elites, jackals, brutes.

It will be interesting and good to see something different in the Halo franchise. Though, I loved the cartoonish graphics because it's what separated itself from the other FPS's out there.

Have people played Marathon? If that game is to be remade it will be anything but like the actual Marathon games.

The game is difficult and the story isn't for idiots (as it's very intellectual); Basically creating the game with the same story would be impossible.

Bungie can certainly remake Marathon games; howerver, it would have to be vastly different than the ones that were created in the past.

Yeah i don't see a game set in the marathon world happening. Bungie has been stuck in the halo world for what, 7 years now? I'm sure the team's itching to use their creativity in creating an entirely original project.

They need to not be involved with Halo anymore. Something new needs to come along. I want to see how they make a realistic shooter. AddictedToMe
