So few decent xbox 360 games

Is it just me or are there so few decent xbox 360 games. I strugle to find anything worth the cost to buy, or to get excited about.

What ? it's bout 30% of the games out there are worth the 100$ cost ?

the list of games worth the money is like six .. .

gears of war
Call of Duty 2, 3 (same game)
Ghost Recon 1,2 and Rainbow six (all pretty much the same)
Burn out
Oblivion
Dead rising

Please enlighten me
