Its awesome! The new weapons and new special infected are a great addition. I think one of my favorite additions is the fact that the witch walks around now instead of just sit there. The gore was pumped up and the melee weapons work surprisingly well. You get melee fatigue (pressing LT) but you can just sit there and swing your machete wildly without that effect (attacking with RT)
The new characters are cool but nothing beats the original 4 survivors (maybe we can unlock them as rewards in game? that be cool)
Personally, I'm looking forward to this more now than MW2. :P

sweet. i really liked the first one. think it was the game i kept the longest on gamefly in a long time. i dont have gamefly now . so i will buy this one if i like the demo as much as you

Hit your guide button and scroll to the left. There should be a redeem code tab you can click on. Put the code in there and your gtg. I thought the demo was alright... I don't like any of the new characters. I miss all the old ones already. I don't feel like its worth $60 but maybe that will change for me if I play it more.
I've been playing through it 2 - 3 times per night. The melee weapons are fun to use but since I found the magnum, I've been using that mostly. It packs a punch and blowing infected apart is very satisfying. I can't wait to play as the special infected in versus and scavenge mode. Also looking forward to trying out realism mode.
If you liked the first L4D at all, you will LOVE this one! The variety in this game is GREAT and the new additions (weapons, infected, etc) are awesome! The melee weapons are really cool and the animations are better than before. This game will be well worth the $55 ($5 off if you pre-order it) when it hits stores!

So you say it isn't worth the $60 (which it is by the way) yet your avatar is rocking clothes you BOUGHT from the Marketplace? You'll spend money on worthless things like avatar clothing but can't fork out $60 for a game that is much better than the first one that came out at the same price? Wow... Just wow...
Note: I have bought stuff for my avatar with leftover points and I am just comparing what he said to what he has done. "FLAME SHIELD ON!"
