So i got the 3 red lights and i got some questions.

Well today (9/2/07) i got the red ring of death for the first time. My xbox broke once before this but no red lights just couldnt read the disks. So here are my q's

1) Last time they didnt send me a box will they send me one this time since i got the red lights.

2) I should still be under warranty i dont know when this xbox was manufactured but i got i in march when my first one broke.

3) when i call 1-800 my xbox What info should i have availible i forgot from last time

Thank you in advance for any responces. Man what a horrible way to kick off school and end summer but hey at least know i can concentrate on my grades, and my job. I had just changed my controllers batteries 2 hours ago also lol

First of all, yes they will send a box in the mail for your 360. And don't worry, your 360 is under warranty, Microsoft extended it to three years. The only thing you'll need to know when you call is the serial number for your 360. I just got the Three Red Lights of Death a few days ago too.
