well, looks like I won't ever get my 360 fixed, since that piece of **** customer "service" will never answer my calls, I have been calling them for 5 days and still no answer, my warranty expired so I can't take it to the store, so I'm pretty much screwed. ):

What do you mean they won't answer your calls? I had to call them a couple of days ago about my data transfer cable and I was able to get through pretty quick. I've never heard of customer service not answering calls..Or are you just being impatient?

I live in Mexico, so it may be different, but I'm definitely not being impatient. The first time I called, 7 months ago, they answered pretty fast, but now, that stupid compute voice will hung up at some point for no reason.

I don't get bad grades at all, a few times in calculus, but I don't fail, I do pretty good on my other subjects.

Here's a trick...NEVER SETTLE FOR THE COMPUTER VOICE. When it starts telling you your options, say "operator" or anything to get the message to fail out. They will then switch you to a live person. I never cooperate with the computer. It's the surest way for you to NOT get what you want. Somewhere in the maze of computer assisted menus is a live person. Find them.
