wow. call and wait. i literally daydream while waiting for an answer. so don't worry, you're not alone.paullywogThe computer voice answers me but then it just hung's up.
Just use xbox.com dude.BurnoutAddictAlready did that, doesn't helps either.
What do you mean they won't answer your calls? I had to call them a couple of days ago about my data transfer cable and I was able to get through pretty quick. I've never heard of customer service not answering calls..Or are you just being impatient?heretrixI live in Mexico, so it may be different, but I'm definitely not being impatient. The first time I called, 7 months ago, they answered pretty fast, but now, that stupid compute voice will hung up at some point for no reason.
sounds like there is a higher entity telling you to study more and play lesspaullywogI don't get bad grades at all, a few times in calculus, but I don't fail, I do pretty good on my other subjects.

Here's a trick...NEVER SETTLE FOR THE COMPUTER VOICE. When it starts telling you your options, say "operator" or anything to get the message to fail out. They will then switch you to a live person. I never cooperate with the computer. It's the surest way for you to NOT get what you want. Somewhere in the maze of computer assisted menus is a live person. Find them.
