So many good games, So little $$$

Man with all these new games coming out, it is putting a huge dent in my wallet. Froza 3, Modern Warefare 2, Dragon Age, Fallout 3 GOTY, Assassins Creed 2, Left 4 Dead 2... Ugh 360 bucks on video games the last month and half pretty much. Not including tax.

Not only that, when the hell do I have time for all these. Ugh why must all good games come out now! lol

Anyone else on the same boat as me?

So little time indeed, I recently bought GTA4: Episodes LC, Forza 3 and MW2 and next I will buy Dragon Age, the heck do I find to play these good games :(

Left 4 dead 2 and assassin's creed 2 for COD MW2 and Dragon Age Origins. Use 30 bucks only.

not me, you see I dont have an uncontrollable urge to play as many of the new releases as quickly and as soon as possible.

Just be patient, buy what you can afford, play them (they will last you) then buy what else you want as and when you can afford them, infact they may be cheaper after a month or two!

I dont see why everyone has to play so many games at once,,,,

yup dj hero RE, borderlands, and mw2 are what im busy with no time or money for anymore right now

Time is the biggest issue. I work the usual 40hrs a week so when I get home I get some time with the games in, but with so many games I want to play, I just cant make the time for them all. It really sucks because a few of these games I really love. Its just too hard.

Money isn't a huge issue, but when I think about it, I nearly dropped almost 400 bucks on video games. Ouch.

considering that actual manufacturing costs are very little(not including development), they shouldnt cost nearly as much

I guess I just recently bought TBOGT and MW2 and im getting assassins creed 2 later

the last game i bought was halo 3 odst and that was $60 of my hard earned money. now i want mw2. i am going to get it eventually. there are a bunch of other games i want too like brutal legend, dragon age, forza 3, bad company 2, and mass effect 2.

thats y i'm glad i got gamefly...i may not get em right away but i def. get to play them...tho i might just end up buying Assassins creed 2 cause i loved the first one and the 2nd is much better

i feel your pain man.. i can hardly spend 2 hours playing. because of work. i can afford to buy games but time is not my friend unfortunately. :?

Yep. I've bought 7 360 games since the end of September and numerous other games spanning across other platforms. It's crazy. Luckily I have a well-paying job and live alone so I can afford to splurge every now and then. Wish I wasn't so alone though...

I don't have the time or money for all the games I want. I currently have ODST, MW2, Forza 3 and TBoGT. It's puttin a hurtin on my wallet and I still want L4D2, DA, Borderlands...don't know how im going to do it. :P

xbox live used to prevent me from doing so

people have a tendency not to want to play older games online after new ones come out in quick succession, and u HAVE to follow your friends lol

i hate how A) many of my active friends on live are jobless and B) a lot of them are spoiled as hell

I know what you mean. There are still games from a good few months ago, that aren't in my collection. With the release of Episodes from Liberty City recently, I might as well whistle for the likes of Prototype and Batman AA. :? I'm not even gonna mention MW2 or Dragon Age: Origin. It's not a good look.

I agree with you man,I hate that all the good games come out in Q4...I just bought MW2 so far,I dont think Ill get the other ones since im brookeeee:( mybe after christmas
