From the information you've its hard to find a solution to your problem. If you can answer these questions I may be able to help.

Had you moved your 360 before the update?

Have you downloaded something recently before/ after NXE?

Did NXE give you problems installing?

Is your wire (HD/TV plug) in a bent position?

Did you change tvs?

Well first and foremost, make sure that your tv is on the right channel (there may even be a specific "game" channel you have to switch to), make sure your cable switch is on "HD" if you're using all the cables for your hd tv, make sure the tv can actually display anything (for example if you have a ps2 or something, plug that into your tv to see if your tv works properly), and last, make sure you plugged the cables into the right slots. Start with that and go from there.

Like before stated it could be a loose wire; however, was the FO 3 download interrupted? And if you dont think it's your wiring try to borrow a HD from a friend or someone to see if it's your HD is bugged/ corrupted. If their HD doesn't work however and your TV works with other systems than it may be a 360 malfunction not registered by the RRoD.

Hey mate, my xbox did the same thing last week. Happened while I was playing Fallout3. The screen went all blue and green then i reset the console and it didnt work anymore. I was also researching youtube and other forums and a lot of people have recently had this problem and a lot of them have said it happened during Fallout 3 so im wondering if maybe that game may be the cause? Either way my XBox is on its way to be fixed by microsoft.

My xbox did this a while back, but I had sound no video. They said they thought my graphics chip died or something, and I had to send it off to microsoft.

I tried both of my HD and SD tv but it appeared that both of them had the same results so I don't think it my tvs' fault and i've also checked and it's on the right input so i have no idea wat's wrong but to think my xbox is messed up without a reason( the reason why i posted this topic is because Microsoft said they'll send a patch for my console but if they can't, thay also said i would have to send it to them and my warrant ended a while back)
