Okay so before it would say waiting for xbox to arrive or something like that. So today after the matanince thing was down on xbox.com I went to check my xbox repair status. It just arrived overthere around 12pm texas time or something. and it no longer says waiting for xbox to arrive but says no repair pending. WTF. is this normal? I don't remember it doing this last time. I had my xbox in for repair. I remember they were doing some upgrade to xbox.com is this something because of it? I know their is a sticky but they take like days to answer your question and most of the time they never do. I just want to ask people here and if there is problem I would then call microsoft. also I don't think the serial number changed but not really sure since I don't have it written down edit: changed no repair pending to no pending repair
anyone? This situation is a bit different. I know you get a replacement system which is refurbished or new when it says no pending repair as well as a new serial number but the serial number is the same. I think it might have to do with the latest update to xbox.com or something. Not sure at all.
update: I called mirsoft and according to them they did not recieve my console yet. But UPS says they did. Plus the repair status when I look at it myself says "no pending repair" instead of "waiting for device at center." He says it probably arrived but did not get worked on yet. I hope he is not BSing me. According to him No pending repair (with same serial number) means they hadn't started to working on it. So like tech support has like no infomaration regarding repairs at all. Heck the information they see in their screen is different from the one I see on my screen. WTF is up!!!
