So my xbox was about to explode...

Ok, so my modern warfare 2 centre is cracking and getting worse to where the very middle part is almost gone. But it's saved to the hard drive so I don't know why the disc would be moving. But as I put it in yesterday, I can't explain the sound... It was like the disc was getting thrown around jamming stuff making stuff shatter and snap off.

I take the disc out... Put it back in.. everythings fine... Uhm.. yeah.. am I safe? or? It didn't sound to great it was like

"Grrrr Vram Snap crackle pop skeet skat shazam skooo" (rough translation)

I would get a new disk. Right after you put it in it spins up for a few seconds even if you have the game installed. A new disk is cheaper than a new xbox.

Yeah, I wouldn't risk your disc exploding inside and maybe ruining something.

Um yeah..the DVD drive is bad enough as it is, no reason to make it worse by having a disc exploding inside it.

take the disc out of your console; then continuously jump up and down on it for a few minutes, then throw it against the wall.. If it shatters; then you need another.

if your 360 is under warrantee i strongly suggest getting it repaired, other wise get a new one as well as a new disc

cause itll keep ruining discs
