So now let me get this straight, Assassins Creed 2 DID NOT come with a demo?

Because when I eagerly tore open my copy, I did not find any code or ballet for the Splinter Cell Conviction demo. I also checked in the options menu of the game just in case, and there is nothing.

Was this just a silly joke? Or am I missing the code?

It isn't supposed to, the video that showed that is fake.

I don't know how this happened, but looking at System Wars, I believe it had something to do with Hip Hop Gamer (i.e. trying to be not so obvious PS3 fanboy).Next-Gen-Tec

I'm sure Hip Hop Gamer had something to do with it. I got mine, and no demo code.

I got the master edition today... only codes are the two additional levels. It may have something to do with U play. I my self have not played the game yet (University papers come first) but on Friday night ill play it. How does U play work i have a Ubisoft account and i was looking (you get 10 u points right of the bat... is this something like halo waypoint or the Bioware page for Dragon age origins?).

That demo was rumored but never confirmed - I got the Master Assassin Edition for 360 today, and there was definately no demo within...67gt500

Don't you just love the Ezio statue? I can't stop looking at it and the art book. And the box that could fit a severed head in it.

I just rented Assassins creed 2 from my local blockbuster and I got the code. Its right above the Assassins creed 2 booklet in the case. It says you have to go to splintercell.com/ac2 and type in a code they give you.

Game does come with a code but it's not the demo for splintercell you get it's a wallpaper.

ya, when I made my first post I still had not entered the code, but after typing in the code on the website, its just a splinter cell wallpaper and ringtones. What a let down.

I agree. The twenty extra bucks was totally worth it. Not only do you get a surprisingly detailed and well made statue, you also get a storage bin with which you can store the head of your first victim as you begin walking down the path of the master assassin.

I got some voucher or something with my copy of the game for Splinter Cell. Nothing about a demo just a code to put at the Ubisoft website.
