I tried out the demo today and I experienced a feeling I never had before when playing a racing game. The moment I viewed the McLaren Mercedes SLR before I took it for a spin I was in awe because this was the most realisitc and beautiful looking car model I've ever seen. After I drove it around the track a few times I also noticed that the physics engine is so unbelievably polished that it easily beats out GT4. I just don't think it can get any better than this. I urge everyone to at least give the demo a try and turn off all the assists if you want to know what it's really like to drive the world's most powerful super cars.
i just reserved a copy today....i hear alot of people saying they dont like but i love it...usually the people who dont like it are into arcade racers like pgr which is still borderline.
Yeah I can't wait either! I loved the first game and this is even better. My favorite car is the F430. Great demo. I ordered my copy a few days ago, can't wait! However it does seem a bit to touchy (steering etc) but it may just be I need more practice
I am definately gunna get this one. I'm not much for racers, but I drive a 1993 Honda del Sol Civic. Forza2 is the only game I've ever seen with my car in it (although the ingame one is a 1995). Hence, they deserve my 60 dollars! lolÂ

I'm sure they'll smooth everything out before release, if they haven't already. Although, I don't see what most of you guys are talking about, I enjoyed the visuals in the game and I have a crappy old TV (1992). I think some of you guys really inspect the games a little too much.Â

We'll i was blown away with FORZA1 graphics on the Xbox, FORZA2 on 360 not really, it looked average at best to be completely honest. Love the game and buying it, as well as the wheel probably but I think the demo is not going to help sales a lot, it's just Ok.

Also that demo is based off a build months old. You can tell be comparing the newer vids off their site and the demo. It's just going to get better.

Jaggies in Forza? I didn't see any! Now in PGR 3 there are jaggies everywhere. Allthough that game still kicked ass.Â
 Seriously, there are no jaggies in Forza 2 on my TV. Check your AV cable and make sure you have it on HDTV and also in the console settings. Or if you don't have a HDTV i'll shed a tear for you.

I know what jaggies are, espicially after playing motogp, and I'm not in denial. I played it soo many times I just don't recongize any major jaggies you are complaining about. Either your eye's need to be checked or you're just a fanboy.

The wheel is works great with this game. I have had the wheel since december along with pg3 and test drive. And alltough it was fun to play those games with the wheel, its first now when I played Forza 2 that I realized that it was money well spent. The fysics of the game and the feeling of the wheel are simply amazing!
I just don't see what the big deal is. I havea 26" CRT HDTV and I don't notice any problem with jaggies. What little there may be is the result of the limitations of TV resolutions. They're not PC monitors you know but I think LCD's have a tendency to show more jaggies. try turning your sharpness down.
Anyway the fact is, Forza 2's physics are second to none. Don't forget to turn the assists off, then you will appreciate the game's true strengths. Even the GT series has not given me such a realistic feeling of the road through the car's suspension as in Forza 2.

I like how forza is targetting what matters so much in video games and thats gameplay. Its not just a graphic house to showcasereal cars. It does what it can with the cars it has to be a AMAZING simulator. So much respect to a young simulator series to look forward to
Another person pumped for Forza 2 here. Honestly I have to agree with the other guy who said "if you have jaggies you have a crap tv" because forza 2 looks almost like real life when I play. The game actually surpassed my expectations in graphics, physics and gameplay...
The only way I actually see jaggies on my TV is if I play in 3rd person view, the car your driving will have jaggies. In the first person view I will NEVER see jaggies, I could be a foot away from another car and no jaggie in sight. Honestly you third person view racers need to how play a racing game the real way, in first person.
