Man I feel so sad without it, it was keeping me at bay in these difficult times.. the xbox kept me sane, almost tempted to get a ps3 but didnt bother as I love xbox live and psn really does suck... how long till I have my baby back?it was a 250gb slim too I thought it would last for years but didnt even make it to 9months... btt i get back online all my frieds would have prestiged in cod without me :(

The problem with that k2theswiss is that with free repairs they don't require your credit card, nor would I give it to them. Ghost_702

I've sent my Xbox in a number of times using their 'advanced exchange' program. I give them my debit card and they charge $1 just make sure it's a legitimate card, then they credited my account back and sent a replacement console, upon receiving the replacement I had to put the broken console in the box the replacement came in and send it back to them. Their policy states that if you don't send the broken console back within a certain amount of days of receiving the replacement then you get charged the price of the console plus applicable taxes to your card.gamerfreak1991

When i did this it took excatly 1 week and they gave me a free month gold xbox live card, i had a good experience
