So what game is not overrated?!!

I've been reading a lot of forum topics lately which say Halo3 is overrated, Fable 2 is overrated, Bioshock is overrated...etc...duh?!! so what game is not overrated?

Most of the time new IP's aren't overated. Until they get a sequel or become a trilogy they start to become hyped & overated. GOW1 & Dead Space was good IMO.

Halo 3 is overrated. Not sure about the others. But there are tons of games that come out every year. You listed three games that came outlast year. Evaluate.

If you have been playing games for a long time you tend to have a set bar in every game genre you play. You rate new games you play based on those measuring sticks. Every one has their fav game, if I were you, it's still better to stick to these overrated games bec. some games aren't worth the money.

Underrated games are not overrated :P. Crackdown, Lost odyssey, Too human, and etc. Bioshockownz listed most of the greatest underrated games a few days ago.

My most underrated games is Flatout Ultimate Carnage, Lost Odyssey, Spiderman web of shadows, and Ninja Blade just to name a few.

Call Of Duty 4 deserved every single award it got, IMHO... Also, some gems from the past are not overrated and not underrated. Fahrenheit, for example.

also agree mass effect is not overrated if anything it shouldve had the spotlight more than halo 3

halo 3 is good not great...

COD4 is not overrated if you have no online there obvisously its a bad game cuz online is where it shines...
