So who all bought Dead Space?

I just bought it about an hour ago but I just started playing.

First impressions- Wow, this is creepy!

So what do you think of it?

Its amazing. Going through chapter 4 atm and its just getting better.

The first time I ran into a brute scared the crap out of me because I had my surround sound turned all the way up.

I did I did! Stayed up all night and finished it too. Great game.

Edit: No I don't think there is much swearing if any that I can recall. Which is funny becuase I'd be swearing every other word XD

does this game has alot of bad language? like the f word?flowernuts

stupid gamestop opened mine and placed a sticker that said "new" and taped it back up imma return it bunch of aholesmanhore30

lol i hate when they do that i never accept that from them even when they say its the only copy left because what the do is open it put the new sticker on and put the actual game in a plastic bag under the counter. The case is used for display and the bs when im paying the brand new price 60 buks is to much too not get something exactly the way you want it.

You know they take the games out so people dont steal them right? They are placed in disc holder things like you would have for blank CDs in locked drawers. They arent touched except to be taken out of the cases and put right into those holders until someone purchases the game. Its not like they play then and then throw them around like a frisbee. Well at least our gamestop doesnt.

Our gamestops in our area always have new games used within a week or two of coming out so i am going to try to get it used at some point since there is a b2g1 sale going on until next weekend.

Its a great game considering its EA. I highly recommend it. ;)

P.S. does anyone know how to kill the wall monster in CH6? the one in the narrow corridor guarding the elevator. I cant find the explosive canister.

I'm currently in the second chapter on hard. The game is incredible. I hope a lot of people pick this game up, it deserves it. The action is so intense. That sound really gets you into the game.

oh i know why they do it but i dont except that, thats how my parents raised me if you go to the store to buy some milk and you see the milk lid has been opened you dont go and buy that milk i know its not the same but thats how i feel about it and ive had problems with it before like the disc being scratched when im paying the brand new price . That to me is just unaaceptable.

I'm at that part too. I bought a plasma rifle. I'm certainly going to buy the suit next though, cause I need the inventory space...and the game gets harder very quickly too...so the armor bonus is a plus
