went and picked up an off the shelf copy today (one store icalled had 0 for sale, only pre-orders) at EB, and then ran into the wal-mart next door for some other things, and they had several boxes of XBOX guitars. So try there.
I just picked up my copy at lunch today. I'll give it a try in about 5 hours. Im super stoked cuz this is my first Guitar Hero game. Ive heard so many good things.
i do :D had to drive an hour and half to find one tho :(. still haven't played it yet tho, figured since i'm here far from home i have to do something here in addition to getting guitar hero or it'd be a loser trip on my part lol. driving an hour and a half for a videogame, well got more site seeing after panera bread. gotta love that free wi-fi :)
I picked mine up at lunch. I will be shredding tonight. The box says that new songs will be available over Xbox Live. When that comes to fruition, it will be huge.
I would say the game is just as fun as the PS2 version with the bonus of added songs. However ... it seems that the wammy bar is not as responsive as the original. I actually took my first copy/guitar back this morning and got another, this one is better but still ... just doesn't seem quite as tight as the PS2. could be smokin' rocks tho... anybody else agree?
Guitar hero is one the best games ever made. since I only have ever played guitar hero when i went to my sisters house my dream came true today guitar hero 2 on 360 owns everyone should get it, its just so fun so many songs plus the only 360 songs plus downloadable content this game owns.
